Syntropic brings clinicians and compatible AI agents into one workspace with shared clinical information, practice tools, and workflows. We are building it to automate routine work and help practices lower labor costs, with clinicians responsible for care decisions.
Why an operating system
An AI model needs context and tools to help with healthcare work. It needs authorized access to the patient record, an understanding of the practice's workflows, and clear limits on the actions it can take.
Syntropic provides that operating environment. Context from the patient record and clinic protocols. Tools for scheduling, charting, billing, and team chat. Shared workflows where agents prepare work and people review, decide, and sign.
What guides us
Lower operating costs are the goal. We aim to combine affordable software with less manual work. The value should come from the full cost of running the practice, including the time needed for review and implementation.
Agent choice matters. Compatible external agents can connect through MCP and the command-line API, within your organization's access rules.
Provider time is sacred. Technology should return attention to care, not compete for it.
Clarity beats magic. People should always be able to see what an agent did, why, and on whose behalf.
Exceptions deserve design. Real practices are messy. The unusual case is where a system proves itself.
